If you encounter the message “Unable to boot the Simulator”, all you have to do is to go to [About this Mac > Storage > Manage > Developer] and delete all the content.  That fixed my issue.   https://stackoverflow.com/questions/72229589/flutter-xcode-error-unable-to-boot-the-simulator
