Consulting for teams that need real software without hiring a full engineering team.

Native iPhone apps

From idea to App Store in Swift and SwiftUI, including the backend, App Store submission and review requirements. Good for a business or founder who needs a real app, built properly.

Websites and web apps

From a simple marketing site to a full business system: fast server-rendered sites and custom web apps in TypeScript, including billing, forms, and back-office workflows. Good for a school, club, or small business that needs a site that just works. I rebuilt a school's website and built its billing system in Go.

AI assistants and automation

Custom assistants that read, summarize, draft and file things, wired into the chat, notes and calendars your team already uses. I run one myself every day, so I know where they help and where they don't.

Monthly engineering retainer

A set block of hours each month for maintenance, bug fixes, small features, code review and architecture advice, so your software keeps working without adding headcount.

How I work

  1. A short intro call. You tell me what you need, and we both decide whether I'm the right fit.
  2. A written scope. A fixed price for a defined project, or a monthly retainer.
  3. Working builds every week. You see real progress as it happens, not a big reveal at the end.
